Signed mandates and MOU!

JFW Holdings is absolutely pleased to announce our recent signing with our close Asian shipowner client, their firm mandate for JFW Holdings to act on their behalf to refinance their four (4) Aframax tankers.

Additionally, we are pleased to also announce that JFW Holdings have signed an MOU with an Indonesian IPP for the development and investment cooperation of gas-fired power plants, their related logistics and distribution, facilities and infrastructures. JFW Holdings will be their principal financial arrangers for this investment.
